11 days before release:

Tales of Xillia: 839pt
Tales of Xillia 2: 461pt
Tales of Zestiria: 365pt

FW Sales
ToX: 525.605 (MC), 512.544 (Famitsu)
ToX2 : 364.439 (MC), 331.533 (Famitsu)
ToZ : ??

As of today's points,
If Zestiria had the same COMG:MC/Famitsu ratio of Xillia, it would do about 225K FW
If Zestiria had the same COMG:MC/Famitsu ratio of Xillia2, it would do about 275K FW

The result is really better than I had imagined. I thought the game was hardly going to sell 200K FW, but now I think it really could do it. (my guess is still 225K FW, but I hope it does more.)



Prediction: End of 2015 Hardware sales (as of January 20, 2015)

Wii U: 12.1M | XBO: 19.8M | PS4: 36.0M | 3DS: 58.5M | PSV: 11.7M

Tales will be a flop compared to Xillia, Tales of Flopstiria. Bombaborne, wonder when it'll finally get some points. Kirby a no show, and only a little over a week left! O_o

Weekly rankings are horrible, but there's usually a huge drop for Week 2, numbers are gonna look depressing, so don't panic when they are released people.

It really is worrying that Kirby isn't showing up since the franchise is traditionally stronger in Japan ...

Those numbers seem way to different to be for the same game, do you really think its legs will be that good?? I can see it doing that lifetime number but only if it opens much, much higher than 350k

As many of us have discussed I think we are expecting a PS3/4 release in the west and then releasing that same PS4 version in Japan at a similar time... unless Bamco are crazy enough to expect good sales on the PS3 in 2015 in the west.  Even in Japan a game on PS3 should also be on PS4 or Vita now, PS3 exclusive is asking for poor sales.

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Sony produced a ton of Metal Slime bundles before the game was actually included, so I'm inclined to believe they're going to make a ton of them when the game actually releases. Tbh, expecting 2x FW on such a low userbase isn't that much of a stretch.
