I believe it left with 26 pts, so it's almost impossible for it to not show up. If it left with 25, then it could not show up, but still hard not to.

OT: Do we not have comparisons for Pokemon? Like Heart Gold/Soul Silver?

Evil Within is doing ok for itself. I would imagine that Bloodborne will show up, but COMG doesn't have a lot of PS4 customers. The ratio is always higher than the standard.
