Hmmmm... HW... it will be very hard to predict based on COMG (If what you guys say is trustable).
Does anyone know when OR/AS pre orders open?

It will be hard to predict for HW. It can be as low as 20k (O.o) or as high as 120k! Too many factors tbh.

As for OR/AS, my guess is when the next official direct airs (official meaning a Nintendo Direct, not just 1 game like HW last week). Pokemon usually open up 2months before release, even SSB for WiiU pre orders arent open up at japanese retailers despite 21 people on COMG :)

I wouldnt be that happy with that comparison, MH4G is far off from MH4 (almost by 1000points).

Also there's a huge difference with SSB+MH. MH has one of the if not the worst Ratio of 1:1k of any franchise on COMG (Despite getting the highest pre orders ironically). SSB on the other hand might be over 1:1k ratio if not close to it being a 1st party franchise (most of all except pokemon tend to have a great ratio). 

Look at the example here. MH4 had almst double pre orders yet got outsold by XY.

But if it makes you happy...... Just kno, its not really a fair comparison. I mean thats like if somebody compared Mario Kart/NSMB to Senran Kagura :0

Edit: and its not like its impossible, but First Week could be MH4G < SSB 3DS. Of course i highly doubt it though!
