So which system are you hoping sells the most this year? Be realistic, 3DS is out (for obvious ownage reasons).

PS3 > 360 > WIIU > PS4 > 720
Well i was going to say Vita (which will never happen) but i see its home consoles only so WiiU. More sales should lead to more 3rd parties (Japanese devs like Bamco, SQEX, Caapcom etc. and some smaller guys) which would be awesome.
Assuming that Nintendo does indeed deliver the goods, then I'm definitely rooting for WiiU.
Every consoles, the better the sells the better the industry.

3DS would have been my pick. Wii U from this list though.

Defanatley Wii U, a rerelease and loads of games it should do fine
PS3.
It's not what I want, it's what's going to happen. No other console has a chance. 360 will get close though.
