No but really. I hope they do, I am yet to get around to playing uncharted, got the whole trilogy sitting next to my PS3, just haven't gotten around to it yet, due to Hundreds of Steam games I'm still trying to get through.
If they re-release it on the PS4, I'll pay for that, as long as they throw some higher resolution textures at the problem too.

A progession with diminishing returns. They'd have to remaster the games in 4K resolution(a la GT5) for it to be worthwhile.

It would be nice to see everything get a proper 1080p update with added AA and perhaps better textures. I think it might be possible, with the lack of backwards compatibility.

I know Microsoft isn't Sony, but there are already rumors that MS want to make a Halo Trilogy HD Remake. Halo 3 is a 360 game.

I could see an HD Uncharted Trilogy being an early PS4 title.

Well there's a huge difference between remake and remaster.

I bought the GoW Collection and that was good, since I didn't have a PS2 back then, but increasing the resolution, adding some AA and 60 FPS doesn't make it close to other "current" gen games. I would in no way buy any PS3 remaster, I pretty much already own on the "old" console, on PS4 again.

Halo CE Anniversary is a proper remake that includes the remastered version.

doubt it but maybe some older ps3 games or hell there is still plenty of ps2 games i would like to see done for ps4, especially if its a remake not a remaster

Oh I see, I didn't make that distinction, I assumed the OP was refering to remastered games, and not just enchanced ports.

Of course PS3 will get "remakes" (I don't consider them remakes though, since the game is identical, just higher resolution). A good potential "remake" is, again the Uncharted series, LOL.

I don't see too many games getting 1080p True HD Enhanced Ports, or "remakes" since PS4 is only about 8-9x more powerful then the PS3. Wasn't the PS3 like 30x more powerful then the PS2? The performance increase this gen isn't that huge, if anything Sony will release PS3 games via PSN.

Correct.
Just like how they "Remastered" the first 3 Starwars films with CGI effects and new filters and whacked it onto blu-ray.
Then a good example of a Remade film is Tron, new actors, assets etc' - Whole new film with the old story.
