Why don't they separate the numbers? Are they trying to hide the PS3's decline or the PS2's death?

The Vita is the reason it seems. Nothing wrong with the performance of the PS2 and the PS3 ;)

@Pezus They mention its decline but don't show it lol, that's OBVIOUSLY different. They are clearly trying to hide something and no I don't believe its only Vita.

I never said that so try again and since PS2 is most likely coming up on its final shipment it would make since for it to have a big shipment. It just happens to be the only thing Sony didn't mention having declining sales so you do the math.

Also good job Sony on finally outselling your same Gen competition only 22 million more to go lol. For your comment on its next Gen competition, atleast Ninty expects their next Gen plat to increase in sales unlike some next Gen plats.

If Sony is still projecting numbers like 10 million for just the PS3 in its 7th year, the 22 million will be a cakewalk to overcome as the Wii will be lucky to sell over a million this year.

I wouldn't get my hopes up just yet. Their very small profit amount posted is due to sales of assets, according to the artcile... Not the same as actually running a profitable company.
