What 3rd parties are snubbing Nintendo besides EAs companies? Deep silver? Avalanche? Square will support them with a Final Fantasy, and Konami will release a Metal Gear Solid.

Sorry to disapoint you but FF and MGS will not see the sunlight in Wii U.

Maybe not in the Wii U, but possibly on !

Wii had MASSIVE 3rd party support. It had almost 3000 games released. What it didn't have was the big core games and the reason for that is because of Wii lacking in the graphic department. And sales will prove on those types of games, people always went for better graphics over motion control. If Wii had been HD it would have gotten everything the other HD consoles had. Initially the prominent thinking was after GC Nintendo would be out of the console race so Wii saw little initial support but once it sold, it had games - some weeks saw 30 titles releasing.

As for WiiU. It's just a lousy idea that has to (and is failing to) prove itself. Once again is it also an underpowered console that won't adequately support the core 3rd party titles being developed on 720/PS4. No one wants a weak port. And the gamepad is far less compelling than motion/IR aiming was.

Also, people buy Nintendo consoles primarily for Nintendo games. Which is why Nintendo makes underpowered consoles in the first place, because they are primarily concerned with selling their own games, not 3rd parties and frankly HD doesn't add much to most Nintendo IPs.

If you love Nintendo games, then be happy with a WiiU/3DS. If you want 3rd party games then get a PS4/720 instead. Or both.

It's the business of today not the business of the past that drives today's and tomorrow's business decisions. And right now, the way WiiU is selling, there's no viable business reason to develop an AAA game for it, if you're not Nintendo. 3DS is a beast in Japan and has Japanese support. In the west? All bets are on mobile gaming....

The question is, had the PS3 and 360 had lesser graphics , and had the Wii been HD,  would they have been supported then? An easy yes.

@Badge That MGS game is too old, and FF3 can either be a remake of FFVI called 3 in America on the SNES, or FFXIII-3 Lightning returns.

Too old for what? Wasn't this just Miiverse stuff?

Well if Nintendo wasn't so cheap and actually made a next gen system to go against ps4 and next box developers wouldn't have snubbed them but noooooooooooooooo Nintendo remains a stubborn mule!
They reap what they sow!

Its a Miiverse debug menu, showing forums of upcoming games "unannounced", at the time this was leaked last year.

I remember it being leaked. I just don't get why it has to be some unannounced, upcoming game. Zombi U was a launch title, so it was already released when Trike stumbled on to this debug stuff.

Thats the only thing I don't understand unless Zombie is a different game.
