According to a press release sent today detailing the release date of Watch_Dogs, it also states that it will also be available for the Playstation 4 launch:

Watch_Dogs™, will be available in North America on November 19 for thePlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the WiiU™ system from Nintendo and Windows PC, as well as at the launch of the PlayStation®4 from Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCE). The game is also planned for other next generation consoles.

The game will go “gold” around October, as they usually do a month before a release date, and it has been stated it will be a launch title for the PS4 a month ago, so the game won’t be finished any earlier for a PS4 launch.

Do you think it is safe to say that the PS4 won’t launch until at least November 19th or possibly later?

Lets hope its not that late. Ubi also said that AC4 would be shipping on the "same ship" for all consoles in October so that contradicts this.

I'm betting on October release.

Big sales spike at launch in October.
Another push in November in the USA (Black Friday) - important market for Sony.
And finally new push in December - holidays.

Launching in November might cause supply issues if they launch too close to Black Friday.

We all already knew this. Look at the release dates for pretty much every console ever. Nov 19-24 or March.

Well according to EB AUS NOV is the date here lol. What I don't like is the price. Looks like we going back to old days when PS3 launched.
