Ps2 only launched with Fantavision and the rest were all 3rd party like ridge racer and Tekken Tag etc

True... only the four exclusives are already better than any launch in my recents memories.

There referring to 3rd party, obviously.

I got one with my PS3. I remember getting it on my birthday, I'd saved up for ages and got myself a 26 inch LCD HD ready TV. My parents agreed that if I bought the TV with my own money they'd get me a PS3 to go along with it. So the day finally arrived, it cost around £425 back then in the UK and my parents decided that I wasn't aloud to get a game with it as it was getting way too expensive, thinking back on it I never truly realised how lucky I was to be getting such an expensive gift for my 15th birthday. Anyway, they did infact let me get a game with it, the almighty Spider-man 3.:-/

However, I'll make sure my first PS4 game is better than my first PS3 game.

Someone said Infamous Second Son was a launch title. Not fully confirmed though.

Vita's launch window was amazing, but I think it was punished for not having more games day one, but Sony was afraid of over crowding the launch. I say they shoud just do it. Maybe not all on Day one but in the 1st two months. Knack, Killzone Shadow Fall, Infamous Second Son, etc early. I think they do want big polished hitters at the start.

See the big thing about launches is that the bigger titles were never ready by the time the console released so they filled the void with lesser versions of big franchises to capitalize on the gap (Untold Legends, Ridge Racer, Genji,etc). If Big titles are there day one (Ala WatchDogs, KZ,Infamous,GTAV,etc) there is no need for the filler and you can capitalize on early adopter craze where people will be willing to buy anything that is at least C quality.

I know but , Sony started sounding dodgy after that statement. I imagine the game is finished but they might try to stagger it out as not to have big titles too close to each other. Though I don't think 3 1st Party Titles at the start of a console launch is too many, its just right actually.

I am banking on $450 being the price. I've already saved up for it.
