Yes...that has to be it. I mean it possibly can't be that people think the commercial sucks. It has to be because it's a family oriented commercial...good logic there

come on guys the 3rd one is great! It's nearly perfect. If you were a parent and didn't know much about video games it looks like a heap of fun. Very cute and family friendly ad.

Those adds are pretty bad but still not as bad as the Japanese "Do! Do! Do!" 360 adds. But for being Nintendo adds they are very bad since usually they have some of the best adds.

The Penelope Cruz ads were awesome.

I don't get Fox's appeal though, she looks catty and obnoxious, her face is too tall and she's always wearing that horrid sneer-like expression showing her teeth.

I'm sorry I don't understand what you are on about. I think the 3rd Nintendo ad makes the Wii U look like a tonne of fun for the whole family. 'Family friendly' as in a great fun gift for the family and 'cute' as it is a great gift to buy your young kid. I'm not sure how a family friendly car ad can be compared. You don't buy a car for your 5 year old daughter.
