Just read the charts for the uk this week and its come in third on the all formats chart behind injustice and bioshock. Considering luigis mansion debuted at number 8 that could mean 15-20k in the uk first week which would be a lot more than i was expecting. I have seen a few adverts on tv though, especially later at night which is pretty unusual for 3ds games over here.

GAF calculated between 6 and 10K, which is Monster Hunter level. Not bad, but it might be heavily frontloaded like most JRPGs.

I think it might end up a little higher than that. Combined last week bioshock did 19.5k so assuming a drop to 15 combined for this week and fire emblem should be somewhere close to that.
