Yeah, it would mean March is basically their only month between launch and July that they've really tried to put anything out there, which is pretty damn horrible

At least the PS3 was getting pity ports at this point...

So the Wii U has what, a handful of ports (some very late) and maybe Wonderful 101 (bet it gets delayed too) between now and August? So much for making the most of their year's head start...

Games can and should tell stories and share ideas through their mechanics. This is the intrinsic element of the medium and this is how experiences should be crafted in video games. No company does this as well as Nintendo and their echoes from the past.

Pikemin 3 is coming in Q3. I did notice you said "fiscal" so that's probably different. Still horrible drought of the first half of 2013. Wow.

If I wasn't already excited for this game simply because it's a Pikmin game, then no sadly. We already knew about the flying pink pikmin and the games vague lanch window. What interested me the most is how they keep changing the color of the flowers on Pikmin 3's logo. Last time it was orange, and before that a different color. Wonder what that's all about.
