They said it's not an explosion per se but a fire. No one was harmed and the director of the library said it's not related....I guess it's just horrid timing

My guess is that every such event gets a dozen or more blackmailers wanting money, all of them fake. This one was genuine, apparently.

another of a guy crying over someone on the ground...most probably dead or severely injured
