Right. Let me know if our Constitution that has endured for over 200 years is ever thrown out like a used tissue. Until then, things might be messed up, but they're not bad enough to warrant an outright revolution.

If you were a defender of the constitution you would already know.  I'm letting you know.

We are not guaranteed freedom to protest,

We are not guaranteed freedom to bear arms,

We are not guaranteed freedom to have a trial by jury of our peers,

Congress has given up our right to coin money to a power we can not fire,

Congress is not obligated to obey the constitution when writing laws,

President can write his own laws and enact them without the legislature,

Our military is under the direction of the U.N. and doesn't seek congressional approval for anything.

The constitution is just ceremony now.  Police and assembly men take an oath to protect it that's all.  They don't have to read it or be accountable to it.  The constitution stopped enduring in 1913.  It's been a used tissue ever since.  You didn't know this or didn't care but unless you wanna end up like Venezuela you need to join the grassroots and read the constitution for yourself.

In theory those would be some pretty big problems, if they weren't bullshit. In practice the half-truth to them doesn't affect the daily lives of the average Americans in any way. I don't think you grasp how bad it is in Venezuela. Last time we had an election here, I don't recall anyone saying they had literally moved to another country and were waiting to see if it was safe to return to the US.

Save your breath, your words fall on deaf ears. In turn, I will save mine, for the same reason.

Oh god! This has never happen... NEVER, I have a good feeling but I just want to hear it " Henrique Capriles is the NEW PRESIDENT!"

SAHGISAGSAHGIASHDIAHSIF!!!!!!!!

If that happens I'll be partying hard in Venezuela as soon as June when I'm on break.

But ... I don't see it though. :/

I heard that Maduro won.  I'm sorry.  I was really hoping for a change for Venezuela.

Maduro didn't won, we are going to fight for every vote.

Yeah, don't give up you guys should fight for every vote if you wanna have a better future, some day you will look at today and you will be pleased that you did fight for your vote and we cheer for you.

@dengle: sorry we cant agree

I'm surprised Capriles gained the ground he did, although recounts rarely work (American liberals will tell you that much).

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

So, what's your position now that Maduro won and Capriles is asking for a recount?

Can't be worse than Greece's situation! :(

Is that a joke?

Greece is way up the list in terms of quality of life Vs any south american country that isn't a colony.
