Jaywood, I think the best way to deal with this is to let the match go on a bit longer so the results will be more definitive, barring any more glitching/cheating. I'm sure drake will come back on top. If he does after this, then no one can really argue about it too.

ok since it's pretty much clear that people manipulated now you should just use the comments, i don't think anyone will have a problem with it. and yes, changing ip is enough for that, my ip seems  to change always when i have a disconnect (which happens often) and then i have to vote once more in those polls because otherwise i never see the results lol.

that's why "see results" is also a great option, you can use this then if you already voted once and want to be fair

I have a problem with that. Sure the poll may be screwed up but by deciding to go with comments only, you are really just making drake win.
