Agree 100%, they should put in that extra effort. Obviously it was only a tech demo so it's supposed to look good and show off, but something of that calibar would just amazing.
If nintendo manages to make a game that looks like the Zelda WiiU tech demo, without any jaggies, no shitty textures, and no shitty shadows (like most games of this gen) I will be interested in the console, and will recognize it is not a "current gen" console (power-wise), but until then, it looks like there is a lot of time to wait.
I've loved every console Zelda.
Realism vs Artistic doesn't matter to me. WW and SS were awesome too.
Though I think that since this is the first HD Nintendo console, a more realistic Zelda would be appropriate.

Doubt it'll look as good as Bioshock Infinite and Uncharted 2, but I expect it to look pretty amazing, really it depends on the art direction.

I hope it's like the tech demo (or even better), please Nintendo. I'm anxious to see a gameplay trailer of this game.
Wind Waker has my favorite art style of any Zelda game, but I think it's time for a more grounded Zelda. (Also, Wind Waker remake looks awful so there is that)
I'm kind of ready for a more serious, grand Zelda game. The demo is what I want, and what the fans want. I wish for once Nintendo would just give us what we want.

Truthfully, I don't want it to look like it. Zelda's tend to have a very specific theme when it comes to art. I hope it expands upon the style from Skyward Sword. That's my opinion so don't bite my head off for it. I mean, I used to appreciate Zelda games for the music and gameplay, now the art is really getting me hooked.

i never talked about the art style of the tech demo, i was talking about how nintendo always improved the graphics a lot on the tech demo
