Wow--the amount of off-topic trolling in this thread is pretty strong for a topic that's simply about a man who says he loves video games and wishes to keep making them...

And really? Arrogance? From Shigeru Miyamoto? This is the man whose game brought the industry back after it exploded on itself, and yet he bikes to work and refuses a higher paycheque than his coworkers. Sep... pretty arrogant, if you ask me...

I agree with everyone who says he's full of life. Even though Skyward Sword didn't pull off his vision, the idea was amazing. It's too bad videogames at their current states weren't able to meet his vision there.
