Forums - Sony - Sony PS4 Reveal 2nd Gear: Machine First Appearance in April, E3 Will Be Focused in Games

I wish Sony would calm the fuck down! lol

Its like they're O.D excited for this new generation

Please just save the announcements for E3, Sony!!

..i guess it could work if they save atleast a few announcements for E3

personally i don't quite care about how the console will looks like, i will still buy it even if it looks ugly, cause a console is something to place on a desk or somewhere else that usually nobody will look at it, especially when we are using it, of cause if it looks cool will be best...

i wish to see more features or games to be show every once a month till its release date will be best to keep people hype of getting ready for its launch, since just around 6 more months to go...

Makes sense, E3 should be all about games and not stuff like Wonderbook.

But £300? No way.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

They should. Get all the basic crap out of the way so the time at E3 can focus on games. Plus this way, it steals a little of MS thunder right before they reveal in May.

Only if they have an incredible line-up for E3, because expectations for this year's show are through the roof.

sony must feel pressure from microsoft

Bleurgh.

E3 blowouts are the best blowouts.

Thinking about it, it would be kind of awesome.

They could grab so many headlines announcing the price, what the hardware looks like, HDD space, the release date:

Alongside they could highlight some 3rd party efforts: 1st gameplay of Witcher 3, Dark Souls 2, Theif, and alongside some services info and mayb some move projects.

E3 could be the return of all of the big guns: Square Enix, Naughty Dog etc

Why not?

Its already sort of established that the ps4's known components are no where near as expensive as the ps3 which launched at £420. Taking into account inflation, £300 is definitely cheap but not unreasonable. Not sure if they would bundle the new playstation eye at that price though.

i wish they would announce a price so i could get my preorder in. I would also really would like to see how massive this console from sony will be. The ps3 look like a monolith on launch. i hope it is a bit more compact this time around, but if not oh well, no big deal.
