I spend most of my time gaming on the Megadrive and PSX. Both aged really well there are a few games that didn't but who cares. Gameplay funness over graphics!

Then again, probably the NeoGeo. I have never played it though.

I gotta say SNES. But i Did pop in Halo 2 the other day (to get the I would have been your daddy skull) and it looked Damn good for a nearly 10 year old game! That game was so ahead of its time!

Long Live SHIO!

Graphically, I'd say SNES, or anything else from the 16-bit era.

Surprised to see so many votes for the original Xbox. Any reasons why?

Insert for example Halo 2/Ninja gaiden/Rallisport in and you can see why.

Excellent graphics, for sure. But if that's the criterion, why is GCN so under-represented in the poll? The GCN was only slightly less powerful than Xbox, and definitely more powerful than PS2, which is beating it in the poll.

SNES all the way!

SNES for sure. The games are classics, and the 2-D sprites hold up well. The NES is great too, but the images and sound are very dated. SNES games are so much more visually impressive, with far better music and deeper gameplay. My old SNES is still in use today at my parents house, and my nieces and nephews of all ages pick it up and play whenever they can. Early 3D games do not hold up well at all (Mario64 and the Zeldas maybe being exceptions).
