Nice list you have there! I love Mago de Oz too. Celtas Cortos only had one good music disc, the rest were...average 
Have you heard "Como Camaron" performed by both Estopa and Joaquin Sabina?
There is also ska-p in spanish, for a little change from metal and jpop :

Yeah, I've heard it just now, it showed up when I searched Como Camaron in Youtube 
Celtas Cortos had two good discs, Gente Impresentable and Cuentame un Cuento, the others were average but still had some great songs until 2002 like El Emigrante.

I can admit out right that I just hear a song here and there that I like and pay no attention to who is the singer/group. (Least when it comes to Jpop)

We think alike =P Although I didn't really like Gente Impresentable. Cuéntame un Cuento is the real deal!

It's just a shame it's not too easy to find such music in this part of the world. Maybe i could find a good South Korean radio station on tunein radio.
