Kinda curious about that game but no review are coming out...  Any input here?

Is it out already? The show doesn't start for a week I think.

It looks like a standard MMO Shooter. I'd have to see some pretty awsome review score to jump in without a single player campaign. But the SyFy show looks interesting.

Yeah, it's out and no review yet... People on forums seems to like it, but I cannot make a good idea of the game for myself.

It is absolutely awesome

I played Defiance & Dust 514 betas. Why did I include Dust? Because I think it's a tale of two games, but I'll just tell you about Defiance.

Third Person shooter, You start out as enhanced soldier on a ship landing on a hostile planet, Ship goes down, you need to track down the scientist who implanted you with the enhancements. You get help from female alien along the way, and the military that was supposed to escort you to your destination. The military helps you by giving you intel on possible whereabouts of the scientist/businessman is. Story ran a bit cliche for me, but the game play is fluid.

I had little to no problems with the shooting mechanics. In fact, I've found them very lively and fun to play with. The driving mechanics where a little different from others I've played, but they are easy enough to get used to and you can drive vehicles with little problems around the terrains.

The only problem I have with Shooting MMO is the possible drop in experience gained after you reach a certain time frame. At first you are experiencing the game and it's fun, and you're picking all these skills and it's fun too, but then you're experience gains per kill drop and you progression pretty much drops. I get the idea, but I think its still flawed, or they need to tweak it so that you don't feel like its a chore to level up.

My interest about that game is growing.  I think I may be give it a shot.  Just wondering where are the reviews...

Since it's an MMO I guess the reviewers waited so they can see what it's like when playing with tons of other people.

After reading what I can, watching what I can, the game looks like mixed feelings falling into the boredom side.
