"In Sony's PS4 reveal back in February, there was one important thing missing: an actual console. Knowing that people are unlikely to support a console they haven't even seen, Sony revealed the machine in a post-GDC conference.
'We're very proud of our efforts to miniaturize our consoles,' said Kaz Hirai, the CEO of Sony Corporation.
'With PS4, gamers will not have to purchase a larger entertainment center when buying a PlayStation console,' he joked.
Certain specifications have yet to be uncovered, like the PS4's power draw. We're not sure how much Sony fans' electric bills will increase this holiday season.
