Not really. Consoles usually only do 2-4x AA and even then it's usually only Morphological. (Aka. Screen filter done in a GPU's shader pipeline, cheap on performance.)
PC's not only have more advanced and costly forms of Anti-Aliasing, but scale up to 16-24x, coupled with resolutions of several multiples... And you can get *very* clean images on the level shown in those screen shots.
Still. I say "no" to buying any EA games, not untill they get their Anti-Consumer practices under control and provide their games on Steam.
