I was curious. There are so many pro wiiU crusaiders who think that this will be a very successful console and I don't see how.  I was wondering what you price you people would buy it at. Also comment if you have a PS3, 360, PC,  wiiU, or multiple. And how much time you spend on them a week.

maybe if it got 200$ or less other than that its a no go. The library its kind of weak. Other then the nintendo release but I hate mario's game, 3 exeption ( mario 3, mario RpG, mario car Snes)

I'm not so sure anymore. Too many people interested in better graphics. Unless they can bring some quality titles to the line up, price cut won't make much of a difference. I own one, and I like the system. But Nintendo needs a game people will want to play. Lego city is awesome, but I don't think it's a system seller. The only thing that can save them is new ip's. Having the same games as other systems will not appeal to the hardcore fan. Especially if the game is looking better on competing systems. PS4 and 720 will be way ahead in graphics. Even if they manage to get ports of ps4 games, no one will be interested.

No interest in Wii U at all. PS4 pre-ordered.
Nintendo would have to bring something really unique to make me buy a Wii U. Something I can't get anywhere else. Yet another Mario/Zelda/pokemon/whatever won't do the trick.

99$ would be a price which would make me consider buying a Wii U.

It definitely help, but games is what would really convince me to buy one. A Smash Bros or maybe even Mario Kart could have convinced me to buy one in the first six months. None of those came and it looks like I'll stay on the Sony boat next-gen.

Never yet. I'll buy it once it's got Smash, 3d Mario, Original Zelda (I'll also get WWHD but won't buy a system for it), and Mario Kart. DKC and a good Metroid would also be good.

there would be a spike in sales, then sales would slowly decrease back to around these levels, maybe a bit higher. price isnt the only issue. its the experience that the WiiU offers that isnt attracting people.
