Didn't you say the Wii kept selling more third party software "'til the end" ? LMAO
And still, you don't have the data to support your claim that they made more money selling all those millions of third-party software. "'til the end" LMAO. If Nintendo was doing so great then why did they kill the Wii? gotcha indeed.

I suppose it's unfair to expect you to know this, but I'm solidly in the "2010 was the Wii's last year" camp, and that the system was effectively killed off after that. As for your assertion of lack of data, well, if you're unable to add one and one together, I suppose I'll have to write you off as a lost cause; I'm always happy to converse, but at the moment I really have neither the time nor the interest to educate anyone in basic logic. So consider me "gotten," or whatever term pleases you. In the meantime, I intend to continue discussing the issue with the adults in the forum. Feel free to get in whatever closing word or words you wish. Just be advised I'm extremely unlikely to find them worthy of a response.
But have fun!

Again, are you kidding? Vita has ANOTHER assasin's creed coming out for it, LBP: Vita is often described as the definitive LBP game, Soul Sacrifice launched and moved tons of units, Killzone: Mercenary comes out this fall, and the game launched with a full Uncharted. In fact sales have picked up a lot in japan and though they won't be this high forever, there is a lot of evidence that the console is going to stay well above where it was a month ago. The Vita isn't the savior of handheld gaming that I was hoping it would be, but it has proven that it will survive.

Leaving aside how Assassin's Creed is not first-party (nor, apparently, developed by any of the umpteen "main" AC studios), I would actually find your list concerning, were I pulling for the Vita. Little Big Planet is the only game that I'd argue was developed by one of Sony's A-teams, which doesn't scream "highly invested" to me. Moreover, these games have nearly all come and went already: does the effect strike you as impressive?
The system may ultimately survive, but if it does I'll have a hard time crediting Sony's first-party efforts for that.
