Locking at N4G there are a lot Perfect (10/10) scores to be added to Meta for console version...

Can this game ends the best scored game ever in Meta? I think 98 is hard to happen again but 96 is a really possibility... TOP10 for now like the first BioShock.

It actually can't beat Ocarina Of Time unless every review from here is a 10, and there's another 70 of them. But mid 90s? Just maybe looking at other reviews, it could end up around Portal 2, or as high as the original game (which would be a feat in itself, especially this late in the gen).

The original WW scored 96, and the remake seems to be doing everything right, then more. So it'll likely end up the same.

I agree that excluding outliers this will end up around 94 or 93, but they'll be some reviewers who will give it a poor score for hits (Quarter to Three?), but iit'll certainly be one of the best games of the gen, and rightly so. So pumped for tomorrow!

HD remakes receive low score than the originals... I can't see the WW HD scoring better than the original WW.

GTA IV is a true game to beat BioShock Infinite and maybe with a little luck The Last of US.

I don't see TLoU doing THAT well, 90s maybe, but it's a new IP.

Down to 95 now.

lol I forget the Ocarina Of Time because the meta list not showed it...

I hope Infinite hold the 96 score in consoles to enter in the TOP10 Meta... 95 will put it into the TOP20 only (using the highest scored version of the game).

Amazing scores so far.

PS. That remembered me the Uncharted 2 scores... 10 after 10... over 70 Perfect scores and ended 96 meta... maybe Infinite will ends in 94-95.

lol it is the first time I see a review in the VG247 site (the site is about news and not reivewe).

http://www.vg247.com/2013/03/25/bioshock-infinite-it-always-starts-with-a-lighthouse/

"It succeeds in shrouding everything in a deeper mystery than its predecessor. There are half-truths everywhere. But no matter which way the narrative shifts, or what you choose to do while playing BioShock Infinite, you’ll want to go back right back to where it all started and experience it again with clearer eyes."

N4G Scores List

Reviews: 54
Average: 9.5
Perfect: 22

People basing a potential purchase on these reviews need to stop worrying about numbers, and start paying attention to the words in those reviews.

VideoGamer.com wrote:
"BioShock Infinite might just be one of the most compelling games of this generation."

They then proceeded to complain about things that didn't seem much like negatives at all, and gave it an 8/10. It's a pretty bullshit score, and I can't say I understood where the reviewer was coming from.

NowGamer.com wrote:

"Bioshock Infinite is a fantastic game"

They then said that only "compared to the original" does it seem not as unique of a game and gave it an 8/10.  The review perhaps failed to realize that it's fucking CALLED BIOSHOCK.  It's not a new damned IP, and expands on the original idias of its predecessor, like follow-ups are supposed to.  Again, bullshit.

The numbers mean nothing. 80, 95, 100... none of it matters. Take your time and read.

hmmm looks good but which Version should i buy ps3 or pc ?

PC, if you have the right specs to run it.

The original Bioshock comes free with PS3 version...

currently the PC version comes with xcom, and bioshock.

Kantor pointed me to Green Man Gaming where you can get Bioshock, XCOM and your pick from 5 other games with the pre-purchase of Infinite (I personally went for Bioshock 2).

Signature goes here!

Yes ! YES !

that is a great deal. you get Bioshock 3 and 1,  and a choice of a third game, and 14 dollars cash back or 15 dollars in credit.
