Nope because otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. I love Ni No Kuni but not enough to buy a handheld I have 0% interest in.

I prefer my RPGs on portables generally because they take a lot of time with grinding and don't require accurate controls and dexterity. If Persona 5 could release on the Vita it would be a dream come true for me.

Would have been an awful business move so wouldn't have happened, since the game is selling pretty damn well outside of japan (something that would probably not have happened with a Vita release). However, if we are being hypothetical, then it's hard really to say. I'm sure it would have helped out the Vita in japan to an extent, but with a Ni No Kuni game having been released for the DS previously, i doubt the impact would have been substantial.

Depends what way you look at this move. In the short term - it could be bad, cause it could probably sell a bit less. On the other hand, it only sold 650k so far and that isn't something impossible for Vita games to achieve. Person 4 sold 400k (without Europe!!) and it was a port of a game that already sold 820k, so I think the score wouldn't be that much lower on Vita. Add to it the fact that it would move quite a few consoles, especially since they could easily fit this game into the current post-price cut re-launch window and I think that it would be much better for Sony if it was a Vita game.
