OT: It is nice to see them gaining so fast, but the thing is they need to keep gaining for at least a year to get back most their stock.

No it isn't. It is due to being able to turn a profit. Buildings sale did little besides help raise instant captial and show good direction from the CEO.

Hopefully sony can actually gain marketshare next to apple and samsung, the xperia z looks better than the over specced GS IV imo

Well for Apple, the Iphone makes more than 2/3 of their profit. For Samsung, their Telecommunications unit was estimated to have made 65% of all their profits. Considering how many products Samsung produces, its clear that smartphones can make a huge amount of money for producers.

Thing is I do not think you will change his opinion and he will not change your opinion so I find the posts pretty pointless. Just my opinion though.

Because I did say that. I got my initial investment back... the rest (the profit) rides on.  Along with my Nokia investment thats doubled. 

I've had a good few months.

You guys could have joined me if you had taken my advice to buy Sony last year.

I was there with you. I'm letting it ride though.
