Yeah,
3 months is first 3 months per territory, idem for year.

So first 3 months Japan+ first 3 months America + first 3 months others, all with VGChartz nubers.

The 2 new bets are proposed by others, but I'm willing to take any of them. My original one will of course take very long before we know a winner.

So choose a bet and you have it. 1 month avatar control is my stake.

1) SMG won`t outsell every single PS3 game ever.
How do we decide a winner? If any PS3 game will reach and outsell total SMG numbers, that counted as winning bet?
What a deadline for PS3 game not outselling SMG?

2) 3 month - 12 weeks? this one is harder to accept. =)) But FFXIII will be best FF made ever and i think it will pass first 3 month SMG numbers, though FFXII didn`t make that. =)

3) 1 year - 52 weeks? This one easy. =)

I can bet on 100 wmz, 100 e-gold, 100 paypal or what ever 100$ equivalent for each bet. =)

Gran Turismo 3 - 1,06 mln. in 3 weeks with around 4 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Gran Turismo 4 - 1,16 mln. with 18 mln. PS2 on the launch.

Final Fantasy X - around 2 mln. with 5 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Final Fantasy X-2 - 2.4 mln. with 12 mln. PS2 on the launch.

 

1.8 mln. PS3 today(2008.01.17) in Japan. Now(2009.04.30) 3.16 mln. PS3 were sold in Japan.
PS3 will reach 4 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 25k.

PS3 may reach 5 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 50k.
PS2 2001 vs PS3 2008 sales numbers =) + New games released in Japan by 2009 that passed 100k so far

So, i really don`t care about avatars, it`s pointless.

SSBB+SMG will outsell FFXIII+MGS4+GT5 first year of sales

ill take the bet too,but i for smg three months we should count 3 months of all territories and for the last one 1 year of all territories
