How about Rare kart racing! With characters like Kameo, Conker, Banjo, Joanna Dark, Cooper Chance, Horstachio, Your Avatar, Spinal, Gruntilda, etc. Being more like Sega All star's racing than Mario Kart would be awesome also. I think it's very possible being than Banjo was in Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing.

Considering MS already has Forza and PGR, doing a kart racing game would be awesome and fit their bill fairly well.

they should change the name from Rare to another one. They are living behind the shadow of one of the biggest in the 90's. Every time someone talks about Rare, Nintendo comes to my mind. I think most of the old gamers think about that too.
