With that said: I think both games will manage a 90.

Well Fire Emblem Awakening already has.

For Home Consoles, Bit Trip RUNNER 2 already has.

And for actual released games, Bioshock has a chance

Bioshock infinite is out first and previews have been very positive. I would be surprised if it got less than 90 metacritic

Bioshock infinite and The last of Us are the one with more chance.

I think GTA V will be a disappointment, just like GTA IV was. Although it has an unfair 98 metascore.

Sounds about right actually, apart from BioShock.

I think The Last of Us will come in around 88, Gears of War around 78, and BioShock Infinite around 94.

I was never interested in GTA games, so I've never played GTA IV. But I do know it received a 98 metascore. So I'm curious, what do you mean the score is unfair?
