I guess that would explain it then. I upgraded it a few times but apparently that's not enough. I just upgraded it again so I have 5 ink pots now but it's easy to run out of them doing this. I'll just have to pay more attention to the meter and dig a lot.

there's an upgrade you can get later on (with demon fangs I think) where it recharges super fast. It's the most usefull thing to spend on imo cause I never ran out of ink after I got it even in the devil gate trials or whatever they're called.
I was never quite fond of Okami. It was quite boring to me, however, I did like the digging minigame.

I didn't like those stupid Blockheads. Thank God Rol explained to me that I had to place the dots in the same order that they appeared. Like a dummy, I kept try to place them perfectly without caring about the order.

Agreed. Those mini games pissed me right off. But yeah it's an amazing game other than some minor flaws.
