Girls should work out, but they should go into fitness, not bodybuilding. I love fit girls, but muscular chicks looks awful, it's better if they have a little (a little!) fat than a lot of muscle! A woman has to remain a woman.

Athletic hot is my favourite kind of hot, as long as there's no muscles.
