Nuclear for sure. Completely clean and can generate a lot of energy, and only poorly built soviet plants melt down so I don't see any major issues occurring.

If they replaced all fossil fuel burning power plants in the U.S. with nuclear ones air pollution would decrease drastically in the U.S.
