Most likely because these boards are so overrun with Sony fans compared to MS fans, that the MS guys get tired of seeing the 100's of articles about these types of statements and seeing the aftermath on these forums.
It is also tiring watching every remotely positive MS thread get turned on it's head by Sony fans within the first 3 replies.
But I digress, good buddy.

If nintendo's consoles sales are lowered so that they account for 35%, that almost perfectly alligns microsoft and sony without changing their numbers(within 2%). Mostly nintendo overtracked if we assume 360 tracking is accurate. Otherwise everything can be undertracked or overtracked.

It is interesting to see how the two viewpoints diverge. From my pov, it seems like there's never positive Sony news and 100's of positive MS news.
