It's a tough one but I gotta go with deep space 9. Just a superb all around cast and great balance of story and action over 7 seasons.

I would rank the shows like this- DS9-TNG-Voyager-Original-Enterprise. IMHO the only one I thought underperformed was Enterprise but it was still watchable and the Vulcan chick was something else.

The best aliens were species 8472.

I agree with you for the most part. Due to my age and having only basic tv(ABC NBC CBS) growing up Iwas never able to watch any of them as they aired. I first started watching TNG reruns and I see your point about rewatching them. I liked DS9s second half more than the first, I think because of more action and the charecters (Worf, Martok, and Weyoun). Enterprise was a shame, being cancelled.

DS9 is fine. It just doesn't get good until Worf shows up. As for Enterprise, you thought the Trip/T'pol thing was bad? What about that Xindi bullshit and the temporal cold war? That was fucking AWFUL.

TNG, DS9 and Voyager were all on WKBD50 and UPN. Which were basic TV channels. At least in Michigan.

No UPN(or CW now) stations where I live.

The TNG movies are really good  though public opinion is split on Nemesis.

I know people complain that it should have shown Voyager actually go to earth. I loved it. Reboot of TNG, id be down with that only if it had Q in it.

I voted for DS9, i just love the characters and the story arcs throughout the series. TOS is amazing too but they perfected the Star Trek formula with TNG. Then they ran it into the ground with Voyager. I think that show did far more damage to the brand than the TNG movies ever did.
