This, the funny thing is there are third party games that do sell well on the console sometimes. Especially in the case of Wii, problem alot of these games that did well on that system are played by whay some here would considered not true gamers (your soccer moms, grandmas, etc.). I always find it funny how people say 3rd party games didnt sell well on Wii, when we have evidence to suggest otherwise, is it becasue the type of games that did do really well are not taking seriously by gamers in general?

If you ask me, Sony First Party titles nowadays are much better than what Nintendo has to offer. But that's just me. And since I'm not a Nintendo gamer, I have obviously no clue at all, because all Nintendo gamers are true gamers, the only ones who know what makes a good game... or... somethin'...

IMO it's because people still associate Nintendo as a "kiddie" console. When we think of Nintendo consoles we think of Mario, Zelda, cartoony characters. When we think of Xbox we think of halo, dudebro games. Simple as that. Nintendo has the Kiddie perception.

put a lot of jumping and coin collecting in your game and voila you get a great third party game for a Nintendo console that's what the fanbase call ''quality''

So NSMBU was the most revolutionary thing Nintendo has come up with for the Wii U that has never been done before on other platforms like the DS, Wii or 3DS. It is the epitome of quality that the REAL gamers play while COD BO2 is the same recycled junk that has already been done before and so no one buys it, even though BO2 on Wii U is the best version of the game compared to all other platforms.

Correct. Once you've played Nintendo first party games, you realize that only true masterpieces like Just Dance, Just Dance 2, Just Dance 3, Just Dance 4 and Zumba Fitness are worth your time and money. Not the unimaginative cash ins and endless sequels you find on PS360.
