That's what this thread is about. Imagine you only needed to buy 1 console, what would the games for it look like.
The point of it is to show that good games make platforms look enticing, and a plat with all the best games this gen would be so enticing.
Unfortunately there are almost no exclusives from 7th gen I cared about.
Demon's Souls
Dark Souls
Valkyria Chronicles
Almost everything else was multiplat which doesn't really feel like a list fits well with this topic...
Final Fantasy XIII 1-2
Fallout 3 and New Vegas
Skyrim
Mass Effect
Rock Band 1-2-3
Question, can we change game mechanics? If say the Zelda games or Mario Galaxy games were released with traditional controls on this single system id be all over them. As it stands they aren't on my list because I can't stand motions controls as they exist 7th gen.
So based on confirmation below I would add.
Zelda TP and SS (uses traditional controls not motion controls)
Mario Galaxy 1-2 (uses traditional controls not motion controls)

Im probably missing some games on that list. Seriosly though if people limit themselves to one console i just find that sad. Its understandable if you cant afford it though, but brand loyalty is just dumb
