I voted for Super Mario RPG...
But if that doesn't win I'll be fine with either of the first two Paper Mario games...
While Sticker Star isn't as good, I do enjoy it...
The only thing I really don't like is that there is no leveling up...

^Thats the main thing that killed the game. No experience/leveling meant that there was no point in fighting, and thus, no point in playing the game. Not even a story to help keep you going like in SPM. Just the generic Peach captured by Bowser, beat game to save her. The original PM had the same bland overused plot yes, but atleast it had plenty of interesting characters and events that help keep you going. PM:SS just has a bunch of look alike toads as npcs, and that's it... Nintendo why you so lazy.

Sticker Star was an average game while the 1st 2 shoud be in the top 100 games of all time imo. Super Mario RPG is my favorite game of all time! They should make a remake of it on 3DS! It could sell 2-3mil imo!

I think it's a perfect candidate for 3D Classic treatment...

Too bad it got overshadowed by the N64 and it's regular Mario game.

Square-Soft, Mario RPG game was a gem.

I would like to see Square-Enix make another Mario RPG game........for the 3DS.
