Going with 3DS.

On the Wii U, you will only get 60 refresh rate on e top scree, but on the 3DS you will get a 120 refresh rate (60 fps per image) on the top screen, + it's 3D I hope.


That's not how it works on 3DS. 3D TVs use active 3D so they need double the framerate. The 3DS however uses passive 3D so it needs double the resolution.

I guess if you considered each view as a seperate frame it would be 120 frames per second but it's still only 60 hz. Since hz and fps refer to the same thing (with hertz being more technical) it should still be considered 60 fps. I'm a huge 3D buff so its just a pet peeve of mine when people get this stuff wrong lol.
