Oh I concur, and it can be funny sometimes (and very revealing). I played the PS2 exclusively for a lengthy period before I received a Gamecube and Xbox as gifts, so I know what it is like to game on a platform that is less capable than its counterparts. The PS2, along with its predecessor, proved that quality titles - irrespective of the power of the console - are what is needed to satisfy gamers. I for one enjoy indie games a great deal, and this is coming from a guy who is insatiable when it comes to visuals and performance. Guacamelee, Velocity and even Dragon's Crown - which is by no stretch a AAA game - have provided me with a lot of fun over the past few weeks/months. That's why I find it so mind boggling. Lol I find the most interesting people here. Some only buy games that have a good meta or have strong sales or care about the system with the best specs. Back in the day when my peers were bragging about their superior N64 and Xbox systems I used to smile and list games they could not enjoy until they were irritated. xD

At the last part I was one of those too I suppose since I only had a N64 and didnt have a PS1 - missed so many RPGs ;(

Good thing the PSP had a lot of them remade :P

And now I have access to the games I missed!

Having a N64 was my biggest secret in elementary school/high school. I didn't want people to know since I was the 'big Sony man in town', and I wanted them to think I was a natural when I cut their arses in Smash Bros., Mario Kart, Mace and Conker. xD Little did they know I used to play that N64 daily to perfect my skills. Truly, I thought the N64 was a GREAT system. It’s funny how Nintendo went from the multi player focused system to the single player system throughout the generations. The PS1 was almost always used for SP games with the exception of Bloody Roar, GT and Capcom fighters like SF. Now I can’t see myself playing a Wii U with friends outside of Smash, MK and one or two other games.

Yea, my consoles are in my home country, but thanks to the PC I can play those games via emulators. xD MUGEN, N64, SNES, SEGA Genesis, GBA and DS. All I need to do now is construct a gaming PC and I'll be set. But that will take a while lulz

BTW ... your avi ... Pokemon? If so that's the first pokemon I've seen that doesn't strike me as weird in ... forever lol xD

:P

Speaking of playing MP on games like Smash - I remember kicking the ass of some random Circuit City (retail store) employee every time I went to his store - he always challenged me to a game of SSBM - years ago though - CC is dead now XD

But ya I love PC so much the emulators allowing me to record games I finished/played + play games I missed in the past.

And yes its Braixen which is the first evolve form of the new fire starter - Fennekin.

Oh, so that's Mozilla's other stage. Very elegant. I've always started with fire types since Blue/Red, so I intend to stick with that tradition in X/Y.

I didn't like CC much. I could never find what I wanted there. Best Buy on the other hand was my go to place, and then I found Amazon. We've been happily married ever since.

Have you played Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons?  I'm thinking of downloading it. Jaywood said it was good in his review on here and I downloaded the demo from the ps store to try out.

Browsing a thread on GAF about FIFA and realising that FIFA 14 is coming to 5 PlayStation platforms! PS2, PSP, PS3, PSVITA and PS4. That is just incredible.

It's also got to be the first time a game launches on three different generations of one companies home consoles, i.e, PS2, PS3 and PS4.
