OMG!!  Driveclub gifs from evolution from the new video! AA is loads better than in the gamecom demo.  There is still some slight aliasing, but they should be able to iron that out as well as a bit of the pop up.

AHHHH!!!! I can't wait for this to show up on my doorstep on tuesday!!

It's gorgeous!! I watched it on my computer and now I'm putting on my ps3 to watch it in all it's glory! I'm really torn now whether I will just stick with upgrading from the ps+ edition or buying a physical copy.  Oh decisions.

OMG!! Ok so I just finished watching the driveclub vid on my TV and all I can say is, WOW!!! Game looks so amazing. Some pop in and aliasing on the car, but not nearly as noticeable as sitting a foot away from my computer screen.

im getting a new tv today or tomorrow and this is the first thing im gonna watch on it to test it.   Ive never been big on racing games but im starting to get hyped for this.  the lighting really does make such a massive difference

It looks a lot better watching on the TV like your playing it. I'm not big on racing games either, but this just looks awesome. I'm hoping Sony and Evolution can confirm before release if any wheels are compatible.  Thinking of getting one by the end of the year for GT6, DC, and the eventual GT7. Well if I get one that's compatible. 

I must admit, I am growing tired of the threads that compare both systems. The kind of responses they attract, from a select group of gamers, is beyond reason at times and taxes the mind in some cases. Defense barriers are erected before proper discussion are formed. I sometimes feel my peers act their shoe sizes instead of their actual ages.

Oh I concur, and it can be funny sometimes (and very revealing). I played the PS2 exclusively for a lengthy period before I received a Gamecube and Xbox as gifts, so I know what it is like to game on a platform that is less capable than its counterparts. The PS2, along with its predecessor, proved that quality titles - irrespective of the power of the console - are what is needed to satisfy gamers. I for one enjoy indie games a great deal, and this is coming from a guy who is insatiable when it comes to visuals and performance. Guacamelee, Velocity and even Dragon's Crown - which is by no stretch a AAA game - have provided me with a lot of fun over the past few weeks/months. That's why I find it so mind boggling. Lol I find the most interesting people here. Some only buy games that have a good meta or have strong sales or care about the system with the best specs. Back in the day when my peers were bragging about their superior N64 and Xbox systems I used to smile and list games they could not enjoy until they were irritated. xD
