So sony just fucked me over big time over my laptop. Bought it less than a year ago..screen stopped working so tried to send it to them. But the UPS said they had no idea about a sony-ups deal so they couldn't do it. So sony tried to do a fedex mail thing but they couldn't get that to work either. Then they sent a technician to fix it. He did everything but couldn't get one of the screws out so he couldn't fix it either.

So I had to get on the phone for a long ass call and finally they complained to UPS and then I managed to send my laptop in.

Now they are asking for $100 more than the TOTAL I bought the fucking thing for. The laptop was in great condition mind you...I am very careful with how I use my electronics. It's still in warranty too.

So fuck them. Not going to buy any of their shit brand new from here onwards when it comes to gaming. Not going to buy any of their other electronics either. I never had this kind of bs happen with Dell, HP or anyone else. Customer support of Sony is absolute ASS too.

Playstation only?

Sadly enough I really enjoy PS and neither Xbox or Nintendo can give me a similar experience. I will be buying the hardware. Software however will be all second hand from now. Fuck them. To show I'm not batshit insane on how crappy this is...here's another guy who had a similar issue

But yeah going forward outside of gaming I won't be buying any Sony hardware..period.

wow the pre-order numbers for Killzone Shadowfall are really nice, the most pre-ordered first party exclusive. I hope I will get to play it in two weeks, maybe I´ll get it digitally.

Oh I got'cha though, you'll be wait for a long ass time for a used PS4.

well I won't be buying a PS4 for at least another year. Mainly because I will have to do a fair bit of travelling next year so a home console won't get much use at all. Should be able to find a used PS4 if I have to but I will most prob get one new...software is a big no tho. Ironically sony getting rid of online passes works greatly in my favor lol
