This is spoilerish, but I've already tell you too much:
"Would you kindly" was a catchphrase the antagonist of the game - Atlas - used against you, the player. It made you become his slave, and anything that was ordered while saying the words made you do them against your will. Thing is, you aren't aware of this fact (you keep helping the dude because you're some kind of good person) until very late in the game, on which Andrew Ryan proves to you that you're merely a slave that don't have free will. Everytime he says "Would you Kindly" you're forced to do so. So if you want to troll, you can do something like Microsoft: "Would you kindly buy our products, dear consumers?".
