the order 1886 is a third party exclusive. ready at dawn is a third party dev after all. but here is the thing, i would rather have sony not do what MS does, which is see  game another publisher is about to publish, pay them a huge chunk of money and let that game essentially not be released on playstation for a while. if sony did that what would really happen to me? i would still play the game at time because the other publisher (EA, acti, ubi, rockstar) are still going to release it.

so lets say sony money hated watch dogs for example, i would still play the game at the same time either way, if ubi released it multiplat or if sony released it timed exclusive. but then lets look at ready at dawn, these people started working on the PSP and worked on daxter, 2 GoW games for PSP and okami which released multiplate. but sony basically grabbed them, let them grew into a more and more bigger dev and slowly they became an AAA dev. point is, Sony made them grow. MS didnt help anybody grow and make new games, they just money hated one that was already made,

TL:DR titan fall was being made either way, with or without MS. but sony takes smaller devs and turns them into big ones, like ready at dawn, without sony it wouldnt have been made, thats why as a gamer, sony's approach is so much better for me

The PS4 will play BF4 at 60fps. Both the XOne and PS4, however, will have to have their visuals scaled back a bit compared to the PC version according to DICE.

Not to be a nitpicky douche but any game that is being published by the console manufacturer is considered a first-party game. It may be developed by an outside company but it belongs to Sony. A third-party exclusive would be any title that is being published by another company but is, at least for a time, only going to be found on one console. Not to mention, The Order is not 100% being developed by Ready At Dawn. From what I understand, and I may be wrong on this, Santa Monica Studio sends out small teams to assist with development on games they are collaborating on with another studio. Though, if the concern is simply Sony getting studios outside of what they own to make games for them regardless of who is publishing, then there is little need to worry. Sony has a lot of third-party studios that have and will make games for them. Ready At Dawn, Quantic Dream, Level-5, Insomniac, Atlus, and From Software are just some of the outside studios that are either already making PS4 games or are very likely to be.
