Driveclub must have been either way behind schedule or looked absolute crap for there to still be no release date 5 months after it was set to launch. Hope it turns out well, but I would worry for Evolution going forward after Sony's cuts elsewhere

Nope, but if the beta was coming within the month the codes will probably be sent out.  I wish I had the code though just so I know everything worked out from when I preordered on Amazon.

Yep if the games does lower than expected sales, then I would imagine Evolution will either be shut down or cut massively in employees.

That's weird.  I got a code from amazon that I redeemed on Destiny website to secure my spot in the beta.  I just checked and it says a platform chooser and code generator will be available in 2014.   At least I know everything is still fine for me.

I don't think it had anything to do with the visuals. From what I heard, the social functions needed a lot of work and the multiplayer they had wasn't clicking. If I had to guess, between the confirmation of The Last of Us being ported, update 1.7 getting a lot of attention, Watch Dogs getting hyped this week, and Destiny getting hyped next week... Sony probably wants to make sure Driveclub has its own time for attention. It's what I would do. Wouldn't surprise me if by late next week or early the week after we finally get something on Driveclub. There is the possibility that Sony might just wait until E3 though.

Well, I made my dream come true...by finally getting a 750 gig hard drive for my PS3. Goodbye shitty 80 gig that I had to keep deleting stuff from in order to cycle my games, saves, and installs; Hello 750 gig hard drive that will let me download all my shit at once in the same place and have hundreds of gigs free.

Seriously. I'm in the midst of downloading all my PSN and PS1 games to it, and I still have 550 gigs free. Once I'm done with the Rock Band songs and DLC and game installs, then we'll be at 400 or so.

1 - All PSN games I own (like 50)
2 - All PS1 games I own (like 15)
3 - All Rock Band songs I have (~1400)
4 - All DLC packs and expannsions
5 - Select Free PS3 games via PSN+

Even with that last one, which will include stuff like Borderlands and like 50% of all the free things we've been given throughout the years, I'll still have hundreds of gigs free.

What else should I put on the system?! Movies? Music? TV shows? *ponders* yeah, I could put some TV shows on there that I Can't get on Netflix and don't own on DVD.

I love PS3 so much. second favorite console to date. Only the SNES remains higher for its many classics and dominating my favorites list. Right now I am in Gaming Heaven with a WiiU, PS3, PS4, and PC all hooked up to my TV. I honestly think I could go the rest of my life with those game systems only, since the PS3 has hundreds of games (Backwards compatible), and the WiiU has Wii games and virtual console games on it. Everyone wins without exception.

This is why I'm such a PS and Nintendo fan. Still want an Xbone, but not enough to buy one right now, not when 98% of the games I want to play are on PS and Nintedo consoles.

Nobody is playing Warframe?

At beginning I was weak and need a lot of help to finish the mission and today I'm in the middle and the top players are already accepting me in the party.

I'm loving it... and there so many things to do... if anybody wants to play tell me.
