I dunno, there's been 2 games already and this is the 3rd. If you liked/didn't like the gameplay in 1/2, then you probably won't like the gameplay in 3 and vice versa. 2 was an improvement over 1, and I'm assuming 3 will be an improvement over 2...but, it's not going to reimagine the entire gameplay mechanic between iterations.
I liked what I saw from the video myself, though I was bummed I couldn't get my question answered via tweet. Probably because it took me a bit to figure out how to phrase it within the confines of stupi...I mean Twitter. Basically, I'm curious as to how much they've improved or expanded upon the AI in the game. Civilians would aid/hinder you depending on your karma throughout the city, and I'm wondering if they're working towards an AI system where NPC's can 'think' critically, and create more sophisticated/complex 'measures' of helping/hindering. Ultimately, I'd like to see a city that has citizens reacting of their own accord, multiple AI engines that give each NPC the capacity to act in ways we may not foresee.
