Neil Druckman comfirmed ND second is working on a second IP. Also ND releases a game every 2-3 years. If ND start releasing a game every year I will lose faith in them and Sony.

That makes no sense.  1 team made a game every 2 years.  TLoU was supposed to be released in 2012, but was delayed.  I don't see why you'd lose faith in them if they released a game every year.

Also do you have a link to where Neil said that.

I would lose faith in ND because the quality of the game would go down from fatigue. Personally I like the 2 year drought from ND games, it builds up excitement.

Neil Druckman said when he was giving a speech to college students, I will post the video later, I am lazy.

ND is basically like 2 studios now though, so it'd be more like 2 awesome studios that make games every 2 years.

every 3 years it seems so now. its seems like UC4 will have had a 3 year dev time. TLoU had a 3.5 year dev time. and other sony studios are having longer dev times in general as well. SSM (with their new IP) and GG again with their new IP for example.

I hope not.  :(

TLoU was a new IP, that had issues so it was delayed, so I figured 3 years was what was intended.  I just figure new IPs would need a bit more time, you're not building on what you had before, you are making something new.

What's the problem? 3 years would give it a 2014 release, that would be superb, I'm afraid it will have a longer dev cycle and slip into 2015, that would suck balls :-/

Development cycle are going to be longer this gen since developers are dealing brand new hardware.. UC2015 is perfectly logical given ND track record(New game everyone 2 years). After the Order 1886 is might be coming out this year. Sony do not want to first-party exclusives competing with each other.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Le6qIz7MjSk Neil Druckmann speech. Somewhere in there he said he going to be working on new ip or go back to the drawing board. In the end it rule out last of us 2015.

ALSO PLAYSTATION NOW BETA!?!?! AM I DOING IT RIGHT!?!?!

The speaker on the DS4, might be my favorite addition to the controller yet.

I really don't understand this insistence that Naughty Dog is going to take longer or must do so for the sake of quality. New hardware? New IP? Crash Bandicoot, Jak & Daxter, and Uncharted were all new IPs on new platforms that were released within two years of the game Naughty Dog did before them. Considering that they were releasing a new game every 12 to 24 months with a single team and typically being received very well, now that they have two separate teams having a good Naughty Dog game release two years in a row is not at all impossible nor is it any indication of how the quality of the game will be.

People act like Uncharted 4 releasing in 2014 is a ridiculous notion. Why? Has the history of Naughty Dog's releases given you any reason to doubt that they can make a sequel on a new platform in 3 years time? Considering that the longest they ever took was 3.5 years to release a game, which only happened because The Last of Us was a new IP and was delayed, I don't think it takes any stretch at all to believe that Uncharted 4 could release this year and that a sequel to any game they want to do would come the following year. To say it can't happen is pretty much overlooking the fact that they've done it faster before and the quality almost never suffered.
