Similar technology but ultimately a different approach. This is no different than when the Wii got sued for having a similar technology as a certain pointing device that was ultimately thrown out in court. I bet you the Nintendo gets sued over the Wii U, sometime in the near future, for some type of streaming technology copyright infringment that "supposedly", someone else came up with...
