Similar technology but ultimately a different approach. This is no different than when the Wii got sued for having a similar technology as a certain pointing device that was ultimately thrown out in court. I bet you the Nintendo gets sued over the Wii U, sometime in the near future, for some type of streaming technology copyright infringment that "supposedly", someone else came up with... Time are tough, desperate times call for desperate measures.
